KIXO9 Terms & Conditions

You must be 18 or older, meet any higher legal age where you are, have legal capacity, and be allowed to use the service in your location. Proof of age can be requested at any time. Do not disguise your identity or location with a VPN or proxy. Use funds and payment methods in your own name, act in good faith and do not reverse authorised payments. Gambling involves possible loss; do not use illicit or inside information. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use, without market manipulation.

You, your close family and your employer must not be a KIXO9 affiliate. Staff, agents and close family of KIXO9 or its partners need written approval from a Company Director before real-money play. Check restricted territories as well as local requirements.

KIXO9 may refuse registration without giving a reason. Register one account only, including accounts created through friends, family or other proxies. Supply accurate details and a working email address for notices. KYC is required before any withdrawal and before lifetime deposits exceed ₹2,00,000. Any verification requested earlier must also be completed; the threshold does not waive account-review requirements. Required evidence must be supplied when requested; evidence can include a passport, driving licence, national ID or recent utility bill. An account may remain paused until required documents arrive. False information may lead to suspension or reporting.

KIXO9 may use third-party identity and financial checks and will notify you when it obtains third-party information. Protect and regularly change your password, do not share access, and report unauthorised use immediately. Until notification, activity remains your responsibility. Do not distribute misleading screenshots or reframe or repost the service deceptively.

Supported currencies and payment-method limits apply. Currency conversion rates appear at checkout; separate currency balances may be held. KIXO9 does not offer credit, and negative balances must be repaid. The account is not a bank account, earns no interest and is not insured.

KIXO9 may refuse, limit or cancel bets, including attempts to bypass restrictions. A breach can result in closure without warning, voided bets and withheld funds, including deposits. If an account is closed without wrongdoing, its funds and amounts owed are returned. Mistaken credits can be recovered with advance notice; report account errors as soon as reasonably practicable. Request closure or self-exclusion from your registered email address.

Winnings are capped at ₹10,00,000 per single bet and ₹25,00,000 per day. Excess winnings may be voided.

An account with a balance but no login or betting activity for 12 months incurs a ₹500 monthly inactivity charge, following notice at 11 months. Charges continue while the account is inactive and in credit. If the balance is below ₹500, the remaining balance is taken.

Make deposits using your own account and using your own name. Unsupported currencies may be converted at the prevailing rate, with provider fees. KIXO9 generally absorbs deposit fees, but your bank may charge you for transactions. A deposit is credited after issuer authorisation. Keep payment records and a copy of the terms, and comply with the payment laws where you are. Illegal funds are prohibited.

Do not make chargebacks or reverse authorised payments. You must repay the debt and recovery costs for any chargebacks or reversals and your winnings may be forfeited. A chargeback or reversal may also incur a ₹5,000 administration fee per occurrence. Disclosed payment-processor terms apply where they do not conflict with these terms. Transactions can be screened or reported under AML requirements.

The withdrawal range is ₹1,000–₹2,00,000. The maximum is ₹2,00,000 per transaction, ₹2,00,000 per day and ₹2,00,00,000 per month. The daily and transaction caps still apply within the monthly maximum.

The turnover requirement to withdraw your remaining balance is ₹0. Separate bonus rollover and eligibility conditions continue to apply to bonus offers.

Requests submitted between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM may take longer because of banking server issues during overnight or non-banking hours. Bank, network and verification processing can also affect completion; no fixed transfer time is guaranteed.

Members receive one free withdrawal per day. Later withdrawals incur tier-based charges, with an additional percentage point on the next withdrawal in the published schedule. Banking fees may apply to every transaction. See the wallet guide and fee table for the listed tier rates.

Identity, address, selfie or verification-call checks may be requested. Withdrawals normally use the original payment method; an alternative may require further checks. A breach or restricted use can prevent withdrawal or refund, and payment debts, reversals or invalid winnings may be adjusted or recovered.

Individual bonus terms apply in addition to this agreement. One bonus is permitted per person, family, address, device, IP address and payment details. Accounts or funds cannot be sold, transferred or moved between players.

Prohibited conduct includes spam, harvesting contact details, unauthorised advertising or affiliate links, cheating, collusion, odds scraping, market manipulation, harmful or unlawful content, hate or abuse, harm to minors, intellectual-property violations, malware, hacking, bots, fraud and impersonation. The list is not exhaustive. KIXO9 may update conduct rules, remove content, restrict access or close accounts without notice, with possible forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and further action.

Confirmed transactions are final. Check your history for missing or duplicate bets; KIXO9 is not responsible for those mistakes. Limits can change without notice, including limits for an individual account. A system malfunction voids affected bets. Clearly incorrect odds may be voided even after the event, and overpayments can be recovered through account adjustment or repayment of a debt.

The general terms use official results on the event day and normally do not revisit later appeals. Settlement is final after 72 hours; genuine human, system or result-source errors can be corrected within that window. If the governing body reverses a result within the payout period, stakes are refunded to everyone affected. The Betting Rules also specify product and sport-specific settlement cases.

Under these general terms, a draw selection wins when that selection is offered and the event is drawn; win/loss selections lose. If no draw selection is offered, stakes are refunded. This general draw provision counts extra time if played. Specific market rules must also be checked: the Betting Rules normally use regular time plus stoppage time unless stated otherwise. If no result can be verified, the bet is void and the stake returned.

The terms allow bets to stand where the two correct teams are named despite an incorrect league heading; separate market-error provisions appear in the Betting Rules. Estimated esports start times are not guaranteed. A postponed esports event that does not resume within 72 hours is void, except advancement and overall-tournament-winner bets, which remain active. The governing body’s actual event date controls an incorrect listed date. Substitutes do not change the bet. KIXO9 may remove events, markets or products.

Notices are sent to your registered email or published on the website, in English and Hindi. These terms include promotional opt-in through acceptance of the terms, with opt-out through support; marketing and consent are also described in the Privacy Policy.

Events beyond reasonable control-including power, internet, telecommunications, government, labour or third-party failures-may require changes, suspension or discontinuation without liability for the resulting interruption.

You are responsible for your equipment, connection and security. KIXO9 is not responsible for user or third-party failures outside its control, or indirect business and consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to those exceptions and any higher amount required by law, aggregate liability is limited to the lower of the relevant bet’s value or ₹45,000 (or equivalent).

KIXO9 may investigate and lock an account suspected of underage use. Winnings may be withheld or must be repaid. Non-winning deposits may be returned or, at KIXO9’s discretion, held until the person turns 18, less the fees covered by these terms. Fraud may be investigated and reported. KIXO9 can take legal action, withhold suspected payments and seek recovery of losses, including business and reputational losses caused by fraud.

KIXO9 content is owned or licensed by the operator. Access grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence, which ends on suspension or closure. No unauthorised derivative works, republication, resale or commercial exploitation are permitted. Branding does not imply an endorsement. Profiles must be non-commercial, and usernames may be removed or reclaimed. Automated crawling, scraping and bots need written permission. Breaches may lead to legal remedies.

Third-party links are not endorsements. Their terms and privacy practices apply, and you use them at your own risk.

Send complaints from your registered email to support. KIXO9 will respond within 28 days. A dispute about a bet or settlement must be raised within 3 days of settlement or the relevant decision; later disputes may not be considered. Start with support, then request management review. You need prior written consent to assign your rights; consent will not be unreasonably withheld. KIXO9 may assign to a provider offering comparable quality with notice. If a clause is unenforceable, only the minimum necessary change is made and the remaining terms continue. A breach can trigger suspension without prior notice, with notice afterwards where possible. Provisions survive closure where applicable, and failing to enforce a term is not a waiver. English prevails over translations. The laws of the operating jurisdiction apply. These terms form the entire agreement.
