KIXO9 Betting Rules

Start with the selected market. Its product and sport rules determine how an accepted bet is settled.

About 10 min read · 16 topics

These rules cover sportsbook, exchange, in-play, special markets and applicable casino settlement. Read the displayed event, market, bet type and any voiding conditions before placing a bet. A sportsbook and an exchange may settle or resettle differently. Specific market and sport conditions override general betting provisions.

The details

Before and after a bet is accepted

Check the event, selection, odds, stake and bet type. A bet becomes valid only when accepted and confirmed; you cannot amend a confirmed bet. One-click mistakes remain your responsibility. Loaded market information normally stays unchanged, except to correct an obvious error or clarify it. KIXO9 may suspend a market to protect fairness, correct an error, address a technical issue or wait for official information.

Exchange matching and account integrity

Exchange run bets match at the requested run line or better; default decimal odds are 2.00 unless shown otherwise. Fund passing and self-matching-including linked people taking both sides-are prohibited and can result in locked accounts or voided bets. Artificial, coordinated or otherwise unfair activity can lead to cancellation, restriction or closure.

Do not use duplicate accounts, VPNs or other tools to conceal location or devices, suspicious multiple IPs, inside information, courtsiding, sniping, commission abuse, coordinated group betting, third-party-benefit betting or unfair timing. Manipulation and these forms of misuse can void bets. Unmatched bets may be cancelled to protect integrity; fraud or integrity problems involving third-party APIs can also void affected bets.

Technical problems and in-play timing

Power, network, telecom, data-feed, software, government, third-party, natural or labour disruptions may affect service. KIXO9 may suspend play, cancel unmatched bets, void affected bets, correct balances or restrict access where integrity is affected. Stop and report an obvious error; bets exploiting it may be void.

In-play switching is best-effort, not guaranteed. Broadcasts and feeds can be delayed, so do not rely on them alone. A non-in-play market left open after its scheduled start may have affected bets voided; where no time is scheduled, a reasonable assessment of the actual start applies. Soccer intended to go in-play but still open as a pre-match market after kick-off may also be voided.

For soccer, a goal, awarded penalty or red card is a material event. Bets matched unfairly because suspension was late may be void. If VAR cancels an event, bets between that event and its cancellation may be voided during or after the match.

Results, corrections and settlement windows

Official governing-body, event, league, racing or approved results determine settlement. Later disqualifications normally do not alter it. An official reporting error corrected within 24 hours may lead to resettlement. When an official result is unavailable, independent sources may be used; new public information within 48 hours can prompt review, reinstatement or resettlement. Later information is normally disregarded unless a review is already underway. These are the specific cases in these rules; the general terms separately set a 72-hour settlement-finality window.

Unclear results can delay payment until resolved; otherwise the market may be void. Early or partial settlement can be corrected to the official outcome. Technical, human and data errors can be reversed with balance adjustments. Winnings, losses and charges are rounded to 2 decimal places. A void bet returns the stake unless another market condition or account restriction applies.

Non-participation, incomplete events and dead heats

A selection named in an ordinary market that does not participate is void; official classification can establish participation, but “did not start” cannot. An “all bets stand, run or not” market remains valid despite non-participation. A participant who starts then withdraws, forfeits or is disqualified normally loses if another participant finishes. If nobody finishes, the market is void unless its outcome was already decided.

An event not completed within 3 days after its scheduled completion date is void unless already decided. For an incomplete tournament, an official ruling within 90 days may determine settlement; otherwise it is void unless decided. Void decisions reverse partial settlements. “Days” run to the end of the relevant local day after the stated period.

For a dead heat, the stake is multiplied by expected winners ÷ actual winners. Winnings use that reduced stake; the remaining stake is lost. “To qualify” uses the actual qualifier even if that participant does not appear in the next stage. Later amendments normally do not change this.

Venue, duration and market errors

For team events, a venue change voids bets only when the new venue is the original away team’s home, unless a specific rule says otherwise. Other venue changes and surface changes normally leave bets standing. A pre-start duration change may void a market unless its specific rule provides otherwise.

The default period is regular time plus stoppage time, excluding extra time, penalty shoot-outs and super overs unless stated. Stoppage-time events are assigned to the end of that period-for example, a first-half stoppage-time goal counts in minute 45.

Obvious data or market errors can be corrected. Incorrect selections, numbers or outcomes may void bets; minor spelling errors normally do not. Check similarly named participants carefully.

Cricket - results, rain and reserved days

If no ball is bowled in the match, series or competition, markets are void unless already decided. Weather-reduced games use the official rain rule and result. A bowl-out or coin toss used to decide the result voids bets unless already decided.

A Test started and then abandoned for a non-weather reason may void undecided markets. Examples include an unsafe pitch or outfield, damage, strikes, boycotts, crowd or stadium issues, terrorism and natural events. A Test not completed within 5 days after its original completion date is void unless decided. A limited-overs “No Result” is void unless the market was decided or its minimum-overs requirement was fulfilled.

If a reserved day requires a new toss, bets placed after the point 30 minutes before the original first day’s scheduled start are void unless already decided. Session, innings and player markets use the displayed format. A reduction before play uses revised conditions; a reduction after play begins uses the new innings length. ADV applies only to the first batting side’s innings, or the first innings of each side in Tests.

Cricket - run, wicket and over markets

Reduced innings may void designated total-match fours, sixes, runs, wides, extras, wickets and innings lines. Batsman-run bets stand once the player faces one ball or is dismissed before facing; not-out or declared innings use the score then reached. Rain or abandonment does not undo an already settled market.

Current or next innings odd/even excludes extras and penalties unless stated. First-wicket markets use the total when the wicket falls and require at least one ball; without a wicket they are void unless decided. Next-wicket score uses the total before the specified wicket; a declaration or completed chase uses the innings-end score. If rain prevents further play, undecided next-wicket markets may be void.

A specified-over total excludes extras and penalty runs unless stated; the over must finish unless the result is already decided. A rain-reduced limited-overs player-meter, batsman or partnership market may settle at the midpoint of its last quote. A market offered after play resumes requires a new bet.

In Tests, open or closed team-innings, batsman and partnership bets are void when fewer than 50 full overs are played, unless the innings ends through a win, all-out or declaration. A retired-hurt partnership continues with the replacement batter until a wicket or innings end.

Exchange run markets may be void despite an apparently decided result if rain or a later reduction takes actual play below the required overs. Reaching the target or being all out within the required overs counts as completion where the innings was not reduced below that requirement. Officials determine the required overs; otherwise the abandoned or no-result rules apply.

Soccer - completion and match markets

If a match has not started by 23:59 local time on its scheduled day, bets are void unless it is known to be rescheduled within 3 days. A started but abandoned match not finished by 23:59 is void unless the result is decided, or completion within 3 days is known and actually occurs. If play restarts from the beginning, pre-match bets may stand; in-play bets are void unless decided.

Friendlies use their full official duration plus stoppage time. If not completed within 3 days, undecided markets are void; independent evidence may resolve an unclear duration. Match odds use regular time and stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties unless specified. Incorrect teams, age groups, reserve status, gender or competition information may void a market.

Soccer - season, scorer and event markets

A team removed before the season starts may void affected season bets unless decided. Removal after the first league game may leave bets standing, treating the team as relegated unless reinstated before the season ends.

Top-scorer markets count goals in the specified competition only. A transfer within the same league preserves eligible goals; goals in a different league do not count. Own goals are excluded. Corners count when taken, not when awarded. Corner, booking, scorer and goal-time markets may use independent data; new information within 48 hours may delay or revise settlement.

Tennis

On retirement or disqualification, the advancing player or pair wins the match market, and the tournament winner determines the final outright market. If fewer than one complete set has been played, all markets are void unless already decided. Mid-game or mid-set retirement voids that game or set market unless decided.

Venue and surface changes do not void bets. Changes to required games or set format void bets unless decided, except match-odds and set-winner markets in Davis Cup or dead-rubber matches reduced from 5 sets to 3 under competition rules.

Greyhound racing

Bets identify trap numbers; names are informational. The official track announcement, display or green light establishes the result. Later appeals or disqualifications do not normally change settlement. A non-runner or reserve can void matched bets placed before the market update and cancel unmatched bets. No finishers, a race declared void before the official result, or a venue change voids all bets.

In Australian racing, a confirmed pre-start non-runner is removed and earlier matched bets may be void. A stewards’ non-runner declared after the race causes resettlement with only that runner voided; a weighted-average-price reduction may apply to winners or placed runners.

Horse racing - result and non-runners

The official weigh-in determines the result; later changes do not. Abandonment, a void race or a walkover voids all bets, as do venue changes or a race not held on its scheduled day. Surface changes do not. Exchange multiples use that day’s race, not ante-post conditions.

A listed horse that does not come under starters’ orders is a non-runner: its bets are void and it is removed. Reduction factors reflect its percentage chance of winning or placing. In win markets, a factor of 2.5% or more reduces traded prices and may cancel unmatched lay bets; smaller factors may do neither. In place markets, potential winnings can be reduced even below 2.5%; a factor of 4.0% or more may cancel unmatched lay bets.

In-play bets normally avoid reductions, except where premature in-play or a false start was returned to pre-play before the actual start. A late withdrawal removed after racing affects only pre-race matched bets. If a horse was removed by mistake, earlier bets are reinstated and reductions reversed; win or place bets made between removal and reinstatement may be void.

Horse racing - reductions, reserves and omitted runners

Multiple withdrawals are applied in confirmation order, or racecard order if simultaneous. An omitted non-material runner can be added before settlement; an approximate win factor of 2.5% or less is treated as non-material. Pre-race bets may stand, while in-play bets after the start may be void. A material omission may require voiding and reopening the market.

A 25% win reduction changes odds of 8 to 6. Place reductions apply to potential profit: GBP10 at odds of 8 gives GBP70 potential profit; a 25% reduction leaves GBP52.50, equivalent to odds of 6.25. Reduced odds cannot fall below 1.01.

Reserves receive no reduction factor until confirmed. A replaced non-runner’s factor applies to bets before removal; if the reserve later becomes a non-runner, its factor applies before its own removal. Card numbers are guides: the horse’s name identifies the bet, with no coupling. A horse running for purse money only is a non-runner for betting. If the number of possible winners equals or exceeds the remaining runners, all bets are void.

Casino and TNPL fancy markets

Casino play is subject to the displayed credit and account limits. Net winnings beyond limits may be voided. If invalid casino winnings have been used elsewhere, balances can be corrected; contact support about the applicable limits.

TNPL fancy markets use the daily summary or accepted scoreboard. An abandoned or incomplete match does not receive an extra score unless the market rules provide one. KIXO9’s market rules apply, rather than another operator’s rules, unless those external rules are expressly incorporated.

Uncovered cases and updates

Where a case is not expressly covered, settlement considers market conditions, sport rules, official event information, reliable settlement practice and independent data. External rules apply only when expressly incorporated. Updates take effect when published unless another effective time is stated. These rules work with the Terms & Conditions; use the complaints process to question a decision.
