Contact Support to begin the cooling-off or self-exclusion process. Support verifies account ownership through KYC checks and sends a confirmation email. Self-exclusion normally takes effect within 24 hours of the request. If you do not choose a duration, the exclusion defaults to 3 months. Save the confirmation so you know the restriction has been applied.
Your account is suspended: KIXO9 products and the remaining balance are inaccessible until the exclusion ends. Promotional emails, messages and targeted advertising stop. If you request account deletion, the account is closed and the remaining funds are returned to your bank account.
An active exclusion cannot be shortened or reversed. Do not reopen an account, create another account or use someone else’s account to get around it. Attempts to bypass an exclusion can lead to a permanent ban.
Reactivation is not automatic. Once the exclusion has expired, send a written reopening request. Support reviews it, and an additional 24-hour cooling-off period applies before activation. There are no early-reactivation exceptions.
