When checks apply

KYC is required before any withdrawal and before lifetime deposits exceed ₹2,00,000. Any verification requested earlier must also be completed; the threshold does not waive account-review requirements. Proof of age can be requested at any time. Reviews under the AML Policy may also check address, payment ownership, source of funds or source of wealth.

Identity and withdrawal documents

General KYC accepts Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or passport through the account’s document fields. Withdrawal KYC requests Aadhaar or PAN, a bank slip and a bank statement, with matching names. Additional evidence, a selfie or a verification call may be requested during a review.

The KIXO9 verification guide explains where to upload each document. Do not alter documents or use another person’s information.

During review

An account may remain paused until the required evidence is received. False, forged or refused information, or failed verification, may lead to blocked transactions, restriction, closure or reporting. Review can take a few days; contact support if you need an update. There is no guaranteed completion time.

Protect your documents

Do not include identity documents, passwords, card security codes or one-time codes in a general enquiry. Use the account’s requested submission process. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, and the AML Policy covers compliance-record retention.
